Information you give me. When you fill out the contact form, I receive your name, email, phone number (if provided), what you are interested in, and your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site uses cookies, pixels, and similar tools that record things such as pages visited, the site that referred you, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

• To respond to your inquiry and provide real estate services.
• To send you a short series of follow-up emails about your inquiry. Every email has a way to reply or unsubscribe.
• To understand how people use this site and improve it.
• To measure and show advertising, including showing ads to people who have visited this site.

I do not sell your information for money. I share it with service providers that help me run this site and my business:

• Compass, my brokerage, whose CRM stores contact inquiries and whose website pixel records form submissions.
• Notion, where inquiries are logged.
• Resend, which delivers email.
• Vercel, which hosts this site.
• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, and Ads) and Meta(Facebook and Instagram), for analytics and advertising. Allowing these advertising tools to collect data on this site may count as "sharing" under California law.

I may also disclose information when required by law or to protect my rights.

You can opt out of the sharing of your information for advertising in either of these ways:

• Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this site does not load its analytics and advertising tools for you.
• Email. Write to [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" and I will honor it.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information I hold about you, to ask me to correct or delete it, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to not be treated differently for using these rights.
